A "Best of Both Worlds" Project
You will never find two drift cars that feel the same. Each one has its own short story and character.
This one is what you might call a chic hooligan (I would).
- A simple, clean aesthetic,
- a practical and efficient engine,
- and even a sound system (It actually works),
This thing is awesome. First thing you notice is the clean slopes of the FC body and its "BN Style" body kit, and of course you immediately notice the beautiful white D-004 59-North Wheels sitting exactly how you would want them to, with the color matching wonderfully. The wheels communicate with the body well thanks to the top quality TEIN suspension.
Then the beautiful engine bay popping in gold, with a very neatly sat SR20 just gets you excited as you feel the love put behind the project. While SR20's aren't exactly the 1,500HP-capable monsters that other bigger engines are, it still has more than enough power to shred tires in all situations when aided from the 3rd generation Garett g25, making this car a perfect teacher. The specific package sounds pretty beefy too, with sharp intake noises reminding you how stripped out these drift cars are. If you ask me, the best part is how fuel efficient the SR20 is for its performance, and how it still remains small and light despite replacing the original 13B, matching the FC3S Chassis capabilities perfectly.
So why is it the "best of both worlds"?
1 - You get a competitive drift toy with with good looks, that works.
and 2 - It's a classic, with a working sound system, an engine that is so cooperative and punchy that you'd name it "Robin", and license plates. Practically daily driver material.
